My boss is going to write me and my co-worker up, we are the only ones on this shift, well today during first shift she went and told all of our other co-workers who work on first shift that she is going to write us up and continued to tell them what we did. Can she go around telling everyone what we did and that she is writing us up, i thought it was only supposed to be between the supervisor and the co-worker? What can i do?

Not sure what u did.. but it doesn't matter..
that is personal..

U need to go over there head.. to the next person in charge.. then to the HR dept if u have one.. depending on what kind of a company u work for.. I would go file a grievance.. or contact the VP...
good luck.. happy holidays

It is supposed to be between the supervisor and co-worker, I'd go higher up on the food-chain so to speak and complain... and keep going higher until something gets done about it.
