and i know he still loves me i am about to text him but im not sure what to say....

Look here lady, there is always, ALWAYS a second chance. Sometimes, break ups really doesn't separate the couple. I separated with my first girlfriend last year but she asked for a 2nd chance. I loved her alot, so i started all over again. But, she didn't appreciate it. So, bye bye to her again.
If you are sincere enough, and you can explain it to your guy, DO IT! Do not wait and don't get distracted by any other dramas. Its your life, get in charge and make sure you have your man.
You have been together with him before right, so you should know all his character and feelings. You will know how to talk to him.
Start by telling him your feelings and then that you would like to be together again. Just give it another shot. I believe he will agree to it if he still loves you!

#1: Don't be desperate...you'll turn him off... Well, 90% of guys woild be turned off, and you don't want the guys that would be turned on by that...
#2: Think about WHY you broke-up. If the condition is still there, you'll just break-up again. If it's not there, go for it!
#3: You sound like you're in your teens...this relationship is not the most important thing in the world. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn't, move on!
Last: Don't toss the word "love" around. It scares most guys.

Well make sure this is exactly what you want, then just tell him how much you miss him and why and try to name how you can or have fixed some of the issues that broke you two up.

im not a guy but i can tell, give him more time, if u tell him u love him and u run after him thats bad, cuz he will know no matter what he does u will always forgive him. wait for him to talk to u first, punish him a lil bit and if he really loves u he will call u

I think guys like you if you like them back.
If you just tell him something like "I'm into you, and it's a fact. And so are you. So how about we quit wasting time?"
I don't know, something similar.
But I guess I wouldn't really know, cause a lot of guys are in relationships for different reasons, and are 'turned on' by different things.

Just tell him how your feeling or what your thinking. if he thinks your weird or whatever then hes not worth your time. if he loves you he will take you back.
