メルリ クリスマス
Meruri Kurisumasu
But if we want to make this sound "genuine",
休日お目でと
きゅうじつ おめでと
kyujitsu omedeto
"Happy Holidays"

It's simply the same in English..only with a heavy Japanese accent:
"Merii Kurisumasu"..(Merry Koo-ree-soo-mahsu)

In romaji, it would be merii kurisumasu (pronounced meh ree- kooreesoomahsoo), I can't type it in katakana because my computer doesn't have the proper things downloaded. Hope I helped.
