i can download them but i can't install them and it says ERROR 8002AE21

you may need to get the updates, mine did that, and I just did the update and redownloaded the demos.

Sometimes a demo can get some mistakes during a download, try to delete them and load again. However, you didn't provide your question with details.

you can download and watch them, but you cant install them,
read the book that came with it.

go to the main menu go to settings network settings and find the problem - 12 YEAR OLD
