Wow... kind of last minute :[
If you have pictures of you and him on the computer you should print them off and make a cute scrap book... something easy, not too elaborate since you need it by tomorrow.
Make him a card or something with yall's picture on it and write him a sweet note inside.
Or... make him some cake. lol

I went to walmart today to select a present for a child. I found a picture frame with a small recording device in it. You can record a message about 30 seconds in length and put a picture of you (or you and he) inside of it. I bet he will love it and you (kinda) made it yourself. Dont know ifyou will have time to slip to walmart tonight or tommorrow but if you do, you can select a picture now so all you have to do is record the message and wrap it up.....
If this is not an option, why not make him some coupons.
one for a free back rub
one for a home cooked meal
one for a movie night
one for a long walk (weather permiting)
one for a night of watching his favorite sporting event (without bytching)
you get the idea...be creative and come up with a few on your own
HE WILL LOVE IT
and NO one will have one like it

You sure don't have much time, that eliminates a lot of things. Bake him a cake and decorate it for Christmas, or make cupcakes and put one letter on each that spells something like "I Love You". Or make him a collage of pictures of you/him if you have some digital photos that you can print, then put it in a frame. Or make a giant card with a nice poem written just for him. Or make a book with several pages, decorate each page and write a funny memory, such as "I remember the first time I saw you .....etc".

my bf calls me turtle (nickname ive had for years)
so i got him this cute turtle keychain and i have a matching one, i also got him a card.
we havent been going out for too long, so this is like a "beginner" type present...if that made sense lol
u could make something urself, or u could get him something that relates to both of u

you could take a picture of you and him, like one of you kissing or something cute and make a frame for it (not like the kind a five year old makes for their mom. lol) but a nice one, that took a lot of time and care. im sure he would love it =)

it lets him know that every bit of time you guys send together is important to you.
