My cats get a little milk maybe once a week. Just the dribbles from the bottom of the cereal bowl. I don't recommend it, but my cats are spoiled and I monitor them closely to make sure they don't get sick.

In my own experience, milk gives cats diarrhea. Some do just fine with it though. In the past 10 years I've owned and fostered about 15 cats and I'd say roughly 3/4 of them didn't do well on dairy. I know this because I had a husband at the time that didn't believe it was the milk doing it. Better be cautious. Catnip and good quality cat treats should be tried first.

I'm not sure a diary would be useful to a cat. Sure, they have thoughts, but lacking opposable thumbs it may prove difficult for them to write in it.

If you mean DAIRY products the answer is NO. Cats are lactose intolerant and should not be fed any DAIRY products.

Cats shouldn't have dairy products at all. Cats are lactose intolerant. If you want to give your kitty a milk treat, try Catsip. It's put out by Whiska's and comes in what looks like a juice box. There are other brands out there, but I've only bought the Catsip. (Yes, cats drank their mother's milk. It's any other milk that gives them problems. They can develop diarrhea and become dehydrated quickly.)

Only if they are literate.

If you mean dairy products though ... most cats are lactose intolerant. If your cat likes milk, give them a little bit, if there is no vomiting or diarrhea it's probably OK. If there is a problem there are lactose free products you can buy at the pet store.

You should not give diary products to cats. Diary can upset their stomach and give you a mess to clean up.

Some cats can tolerate it better than others. But believe it or not, most cats are lactose-intolerant!

Give kitty a few drops of real dairy milk and watch her body reactions the next day or so. If kitty seems to have upset tummy, diarrhea, etc. She/he's allergic to it.

Give soymilk or lactose-free milk.

Milk gives them diarreah usually. A little cream every once in awhile (Tablespoon or two.) or butter (I've read it can act to help break up hairballs.) But I rarely give that to my cats. I use a 2nd brand of dry catfood for cat treats.
