With the COT, the box IS smaller in which the teams have to work in, but they are not equally prepared cars. The problem with equally prepared cars in NASCAR is who equally prepares them and what happens when someone blows a "crate" motor? Everyone would be crying foul that a particular driver received a defective motor. Think of the can of worms that would open?

The COT is nothing like the Iroc car. The IROC car could not be adjusted at all. No wedge, no springs, no shocks, no track bar. NOTHING.
The COT can still adjust all those things.

It's similar already w/ the COT.

I hate that the IROC series diminished.. I really enjoyed that series.. It was more exciting than the Busch, or Craftsman series any day I thought.

With the COT it will be just about like IROC. Looks like we are going to stuck with the COT and I just hope that it pays off with some good racing.
