i have a ntsc (canada) ps3 and i have a pal lcd with hd do you think that my ps3 will work good with the tv?

if i will play games with hdmi cable it will work ?
and with regular av cable ?

yes both HDMI and AV cables will work my cousin has a NTSC ps3 and he has a PAL tv and it works just fine.

HDMI uses digital signal - NTSC will work on that for sure.
For regular composite cables - check if your TV is multizone (most of modern TVs are).
