If the person in question is a repeat offender and other people are at risk of them commiting injustice to them, by all means revenge away. I had a guy on ebay scam me out of money during the holiday season a couple years back. I emailed everyone who bid on his current auctions and told them about what he did. It's against ebays rules to do that but I didn't care. The guy called and yelled at me and said he was going to sue me for slander and yada yada yada. I found enough people who got scammed by him and we all emailed ebay and they removed his account.

It depends on how grave an injustice it is. Though it's sad to say, some things are worth the fight, and some things aren't.
A kid asked a question on here about her teacher giving her an after-school detention, and explained why she thought it was unfair. She also explained that it wouldn't be a major deal with her parents. In my answer I advised her to do the detention and try not to upset the teacher again. I did this because, after looking at her explanation of what happened, the fact that her parents wouldn't be upset, and weighing what could and could not be gained by fighting this, the best choice was clearly to suck it up and do the detention. Now, if the problem is repetitive, I might view it differently.
I then told her that some things were worth the fight...such as actively opposing the Iraq War.
The things I've described above is how I decide whether it's worth the fight or not. If, after carefully considering these things, I feel the potential benefit to me, or someone else, is worth the risk, I proceed with a passion; and, like you, pen and paper and my voice are my weapons of choice.
Great question, queen.

I would do what I can to help correct it. Like yourself, my mode of doing it would be by writing and public exposure but I would try to do it in a way that was tactful because I do not wish to look as bad as the perps.
Revenge...well personally that is not something I try to seek, but it is something that may become a by-product of action taken. If gained in a non-direct manner, then I can't see where it is wrong but it's not something I would aim for because that really wouldn't make me any better than the person who is scamming.

I prefer to confront them and put them on the spot. It usually helps if there is an example of an injustice that was done to the person that compares with what they did so you can call them out as the hypocrite they are.

Revenge and Justice are just different forms of Retribution. Revenge is something you do personally, while justice relies on other people who may be apathetic. Revenge is always a good thing, it just depends on how you do it. What are you planing to do with that pen may i ask? Stab the bastard and give him ink poisoning?

I like putting people on the spot (in front of a crowd) if the opportunity presents itself. Especially, if they have it coming.

Weapon of choice: chainsaw.
Second choice: molotov cocktail.
Practical choice: passive-aggression...with a voodoo doll.
Sorry...I have problems....
