I'd pick and choose what I thought had a Biblical basis. There is truth and error in every organized religion. One has to be true to their own beliefs, not let other people dictate them.

I would follow each rule if it didn't contradict the Bible. Anything that isn't in the Bible that is forced upon another person is man's will not God's. The Pharisees of Jesus' day did exactly that and were condemned.
