There is no words like "dude or buddy" in Japanese. But Japanese young people (males) use words like these :
すげえ
おいおい
やつ
・Look at that dude over there. He's wearing a funny shirt. : あそこにいる野郎を見てみな。妙なシャツを着てるぜ。
・"What's up, dude?" "Not much, dude." : 「よー元気?」「まあまあだね」

No, there isn't, but you could always write the katakana translation: どぅで.

no - it's like ice cream - sounds eye su cream moo :) you'd spell/sound it out it in katakana
