You can take pain relievers, but they wear off and the pain will return.
Only a dentist can fix the tooth.
Beware of taking too much/too many pain medicine/pills. Even advil or tylenol can cause liver damage if you take them too much.

Get a coffee cup and squeeze a half of lemon..then add a few cloves of garlic and crush them in the lemon juice, add some salt...take cotton and soak it in this formula and apply to the area of the tooth. Wallah, your pain will be gone.
Also, chew an onion for five minutes in the area of the tooth..this helps a tooth ache too.
P.S. We're italian and my son is named Giovanni too....we have GianCarlo and Giovanni.

Best to go to a dentist. You cannot get rid of a toothache yourself. In the meantime, take some Advil or Tylenol until you can get an appointment.

First you should go to a doctor who will prescribe an antibiotic so the infection that you probably have will stop, or for an instant pain relieve, crush an aspirin and put it over the hurting teeth or a clove like the ones you use to cook. That will work but only temporary, go see a doctor.
