You can babysit, or work for a family/relative. Because of your age you are not allowed to get paid with a real job, and under the counter payment is technically illegal.

Just suck it up. You don't really need money at age 13. Your parents will give you money to go shopping every now and then. You don't need to be spoiled. Focus on school & friendships and enjoy not-working as long as you possibly can..

Go to
http://geo.craigslist.org/iso/us/az

and click the city closest to you, then look under jobs

I'm not sure if someone will hire you based on your age, most people around 13 years old are not mature enough to handle the responsibilities of a job. HOWEVER I am not saying this is you, I was a very mature person around that time, so you may luck out.

Good luck in your search

Try babysitting. You can also try washing cars or pet sitting in the neighborhood. Also, think about what you may want to do when you are older. Some companies offer paid internships for teens. Think about your interests and go from there.

Babysitting, dog walking, pet feeding and care while owners are away, print of some flyers and offer to do dishes after dinner for neighbors, car washing, ask people to recycle things like aluminum cans and to put them out on their front porch on trash days and you collect them and sell them, think of stuff that your mom doesn't like to do and offer to do it yourself for others moms for money, offer do download songs on a CD if someone pays you per song and gives you a list, then pay for the downloads legally and charge enough to pay you for your time and expenses. You need to advertise like handing out flyers or putting them on doors, etc. Get your parents permission and try to get them to go with you. You will make a lot of money.

I was just watching montel this morning and there was this self made millionaire.... One said he started when he was 14 and make a video game, like just for fun then kids wanted to buy them and it just exploded.....

Think of something u do well like maybe make jewelery and give a portion of what u make to a charity and that will create interest.

But really think of what you're good at.

I hope this helps... good luck to u
