Well, it's the bible you want, its the bible you'll get. The Bible says:
"...anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery..."
That is not an opinion, it is lifted directly from the Bible.

Pre-marital sex is called fornication in the Bible. Yes, it is still adultery even if everyone consents. If they don't consent, it is then rape. Yes, some had multiple wives and/or concubines. BUT they had to support ALL of them and ALL of their children. I don't remember if it said concubines were a bad thing anywhere. I believe it does suggest only having 1 wife though

The bible difines adultry as haveing sex with someone outside the marriage. In the new testament, Jesus said that even having lust for someone else, you have commited adultry in your heart.
with pre-marital sex, its called fornication.
With swingers, if they are married, its adultry.
In the old testament there were multible partners but it doesn't mean that God approved.
It was concubines that brought down Solomon from his walk with God. He let the concubines sway him towards other gods.

Adultry is having any sexual relations (even lusting) with anyone other than your spouse. It can include pre-marital sex and yes it does count with swingers. The OT prophets had multiple wifes, true, but the NT says not to do it.

Yes.

"Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." Matthew 5:27-28
"And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery." Mark 10:11-12
"For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all." James 2:10

adultery is one category of sexual immorality. Sex between singles outside of marriage (generally called "fornication") is another. Same fate though.
Heb 13:4 "Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral."
Whoremongering, orgies and the like are also mentioned.
Gal 5:19-21
The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

I understand that it was only adultry by a Jew in the old testament if a married man had sex with another Jew. If the other woman was not a Jew that it was okay. The double standard here is that a married Jewish woman could only have sex with her Jewish husband.

It is my understanding that scripture has a co-habitation law. If you sleep with a woman, you are thus married to her. The bible mentions many people who seem to be relatively approved that have many wives. King David, and his son King Solomon first come to mind. The Scriptures don't clearly state that the almighty disapproves of concubines, but all of the scriptures that tell of them seem to turn out badly.

Oh it's way more strict than that.
Even if you look at a women in lust, you have committed adultery with her in your heart.
That's what Jesus says.
