Wow an excellent k31 is hard to find.
Most k31 have banged up stocks. Due to the fact the soilders would used them to clean off there voots witht the but end of the stocks.
Good condtion ones go from aimsurplus for about $199.95
with dented up stock.
Samco Global was selling them for about $220.
But i fiugre at a gun show if the k31 has 90-95% blueing, A walnut stock with less than 3 dings in it. (thats nra excelent) I would guess you could almost get $300-400

you will possibly be able to desire to apply the 7.5x55 swiss shells. Sportsman's handbook has the excess ammo authentic now. in addition they sell stripper clips. you're turning out to be to be a heck of a time looking a alternative magazine (they are in my view numbered to tournament the rifle) and no person makes a aftermarket inventory, yet, however the swiss is somewhat gaining in acceptance. I actually have a walnut stocked 1942 variety, all numbers matching, with an extremely impressive inventory (no longer chewed up like maximum). My spouse has extra perfect eyes than I do, she will shoot a trustworthy sub moa team at one hundred yards open attractions and all. i can basically muster some million a million/2". in case you're having a complicated time looking the excess ammo, bypass to cabelas. com, they carry about the wolf gold besides as a results of fact the hornady 7.5x55 swiss. I might desire to %. up yet another swiss in the previous they get plenty extra high priced, they seem to be a heck of a rifle.

Around 200 bucks, I just got my 3rd K31 a few months ago, in excellent condition with 480 rounds of surplus GP11 ammo for 450 bucks. Without the ammo I would have paid around 200 bucks. It's the most accurate surplus rifle I have ever owned, bar none.

Birch (blonde colored wood) stock, $175. Walnut (dark reddish color) $200 These are general estimates.
Nearly all Swiss K31 rifles were issued, as the Swiss have compulsory military service, and they went out in the winter on manuevers, so you will see some wear on the buttstock end of the wood. Some are very worn and look like a beaver chewed on it.
I love the K31. I use one of mine in competitions and it makes me look good. Buy Swiss surplus ammo now, as much as you can afford, as it's drying up.

I love my Swiss K rifle! Did you know that some of these rifles have the name and military information of the person it was issued to placed on a small card under the butt plate? I was really lucky, as mine has this. It says:
Zwahlen Robert 13.7.1937
Fus Kp III 32
Guggisberg
So, check your rifles, and see if yours has the card under the butt plate. Pretty neat if it does.

Look at the rifle ads, they are presently selling for 129.95 plus shipping. I bought several of them and they are all excellent shooters; the ammo has more than doubled in price lately and looks to go higher, so good luck.
