A bowl of oatmeal, a couple slices of whole wheat toast and if you need more scramble up one whole egg and one egg white. That'll get ya through the morning.

i really like salmon & eggs. i made a salmon omelet one morning using 2 eggs and some leftover salmon that was cooked with seasonings and a little honey. i would also recommend english muffins. you can put anything on them-- jelly, apple butter, cheese, or make them a b-fast sandwitch. i would avoid bagels altogether because they contain so many calories. yogurt is also good-- try to incorporate some fruit into breakfast if possible, even if it's just cereal with raisins or dried cranberries. go for variety each day.

I love yogurt with fresh fruit and granola. Whole wheat english muffins with preserves go well with scrambled eggs. Power shakes with blueberries are good for breakfast on the go. Try whole wheat pancakes with molasses or honey or oatmeal with dried cheeries or cranberries in it.

The only place I've seen fish for breakfast was in Israel.
I was served a smoked kipper once in England.

I'm a bacon & sausage for breakfast person myself.
Although, I've switched to chicken bacon & turkey sausage.
There are many ways you can serve eggs of course.
Omelettes are my special favourites.

I like omelettes with lots of vegetables and maybe some salsa. A bowl of fruit. and an English Muffin. My husband also likes to add some juice. He claims the juice helps him not to smoke.
