I start the first weekend of December, everything packed tight and into the freezer. I bake hundred of cookies and make as many candies. You seriously do not even need to let them thaw. Really, it takes no time. I made my trays for work this week and by the time I was there they were thawed.

let the cookies cool almost completely and then put them in a tighlty closed container. These will keep the cookies fresh till christmas and beyond.

If they are a soft kind of cookie, put a piece of bread in the plastic container with them. Make sure you tell the people you are sending them to to toss the bread, but it will keep the cookies really moist.

The best is an air-tight container, like a cookie tin.
Line with wax paper, pack it fully, & seal with Scotch Tape.
You could also use Tupperware containers.

Bake; cool on wire rack ONLY UNTIL COOL; put in freezer bag or tupperware bowl that will keep air out; put in freezer; take out day to be eaten and open container so they don't get soggy; enjoy!

Happy Christmas!

I put them in plastic bags and make sure to get all of the air out before closing. Also--put in separate babbies--not together. Sounds good Happy Holidays

Put them in an air tight container. You can also preserve them in the fridge, they usually last very long if you store them in the fridge but then it wouldn't be fresh.

freeze them. or if you don't wanna freeze them, put them in a container with a loaf of bread. the bread will keep them from going rock hard! but check the bread to make sure no mold starts!
