Ok I am just guessing at this but well number is numero and wrong as mistaken is equivocado and then when giving bad news it is best to be very polite disculpe senor o senorita (I found senora is un equivocado ...) disculpe senor, llega un numero equivocado. How is that for not knowing Spanish and being close -- take that babblefish!
