What time do u put your 16yr old or 5 yr old or 2yr old to bed?

The 16yr old would need at least 8 hours sleep a night so I would *encourage* them to be in bed by 10 - 11pm

The 5 year old would need 10 - 12 hrs sleep a night so bedtime would be around 8pm

A 2yr old needs around 11 - 12 hrs sleep a night + a daytime sleep. My 2 yr old daughter sleeps from 7.30pm to 7.30am and has a 1 - 2hr sleep during the day

I'd like my teenager to be in bed by 11, the 5 year old by 8, and the 2 year old around 7.

I have a 2 year old who goes to bed at 9PM. He usually sleeps until 7AM and then takes a one and a half to two hour nap every day.

I also have a 4 year old who goes to bed at 9PM. She usually sleeps until 7 or 8AM. Most of the time, she doesn't take a nap but every once in a while she still does.

16 year olds should put themselves to bed. :) Oh, and anytime they want, as long as it's not 4 A.M. At 16, they're old enough to make decisions for themselves about staying up, and then suffer the consequences when they're exhausted the next day.

my 3 year olds bedtime is 9pm. my 13 year old goes to bed when she wants to. but she is a pretty responsible kid. she is usually in bed by 10pm and gets herself up in the mornings for school.

i have a13 yr old in 7th grade and a 10 yr old in 4th and i make them go to bed on school nights around 9;30 - now my one year old... thats another story - she fights her sleep so bad and throws major fits when i lay her down when i know she is tired - i try the warm lavender night time baths and nothing works - any suggestions?

My 6-year-old goes to bed at 9 on school nights. I usually fall asleep before he does on the weekends. (not bad parenting but he usually wears me out on the Wii) Sat he is usually up all night with his Dad.
