If the dirty so-and-so does that anywhere near my car I can guarantee it'll be the last time he does it anywhere. Aspberger's or no Aspberger's.
Is he aware that the police can arrest him for doing that in a public place? He should be. He should also have developed both bladder control and a sense of propriety.
What sort of parent stands for that sort of behaviour?
Next time he starts, grab him by the scruff, his arm up his back, and literally drag him home. If he pees all over himself that's his hard luck. Don't let him do his flies up even. Perhaps humiliation will work where your words haven't. I'd also ground him. No privileges (no Wii, PC, TV, no nothing) for a fortnight every time you catch him.

Had a science teacher one time that hooked a car battery to his hubcap to stop a dog from "marking" his car.
I am guessing it would stop kids who's parents can't control their behavior as well.
The dog did end up needing surgery by the way.... just in case it matters.

Peas are a good vegetable. What they are doing on cars is strange. Holding peas can be difficult since they are green and slippery.

tell him that every time he peas over somebody's car he owes you $5 (or what ever you find to be an appropriate amount)
OR
tell him that every time he peas over somebodys car he loses his [tv privaleges; gaming system; time with friends; events (concerts, sporting events, etc.) or anything that he really looks forward to or uses a lot]
IF THAT DOESN'T WORK THAN LOCK THE WINDOWS ON YOUR CAR WHENEVER YOU TAKE HIM SOMEWHERE
Don't spank him!!!! It is child abuse and if the police find out they will take your kid and put you in jail.

it would be fine if he was younger,but at 11 hes getting lazy,tell him if the mister sees you he will go mad,and if the police come they will lock mammy up for letting you,or that all the girls can see you and will laugh. you know the sort of thing.
