So for those of you that didn't see my last question theres this guy in one of classes i want to give a card to before christmas break, and i have a giftcard and i wrote merry christmas and stuff like that, do you think i should give him my email to if he wants to talk? I don't really know him all that well, and i don't know if that would be to awkward or to much, should i just leave it at the gift card? thanks!

I think putting you e-mail is a great idea!! That puts the ball in his court.
Say something like "I would like to get to know you better, drop me an e-mail if your interested"

A gift card is nice, but it doesn't leave any room to take things further. Definitely say "Email me over the Christmas break!" or better yet, give your number with a "Call me if you want to chat over the break." If he doesn't, you have your answer, and if he does, then great! Maybe he likes you too, but is just too shy to take the initiative.

I like that you took initiative and gifted him, but ....you left yourself hanging. Definitely invite him to coffee or say "by the way...here's my email". If you get no response...give up and look for the next guy and try a new approach. dont waste money on a guy if you don't have the slightest inkling that he may be interested!

I think that you should give him your email too. You'll never know if you don't do it right? Besides you don't want to miss out on doing it, then regretting that you didnt do it right? Go for it and best of luck =D

First off, do you know if he's into guys? If you are not sure don't give him the card but if you know, well I don't see an issue.

i would leave it at the gift card and see where that takes you. if he has any manners at all he is going to thank you for it and that is the ice breaker you need to start a conversation. good luck

Just make a whole new account with a email and use it to communicate with him. If things don't work out you can delete it.
