I think a large part of that would depend on how I felt BEFORE I got the note.

i guess that person who wrote that letter didnt want it to be rejected. So they thought by giving it to someone in the family then it would put that message across that its ok to read. Just have a open mind with what they have to say and respond to them the same way. Somethimes writing a letter can be more comfortable than saying the stuff face to face.

So long as I got it, I wouldn't care. Unless this was an evil sister who was out to get you, in which case I don't think that the person would give your sister the note to give to you in the first place.

If it took him four years to get this far and he continues at this pace both your lives are going to be over before you get to the holding hands stage. I believe I would be kind of looking around a little bit to see what`s out there and if you don`t find anything in four or five years you might write him a few lines and have his brother drop it off to him for you.

If you didn't feel anything for the writer, you wouldn't be posting this question. It's kinda lame to write a letter and let sis deliver it. The boy should grow some balls and tell you himself.

Depends on how old the guy is. If you are in high school or less, then he just doesn't have his confidence yet, no big deal, if you like him, go for it.
If it is college or older, he's a p***y.
