Money from the War in German?

I have German money from when my father was in the war over in Germany can I exchange it today for US money?

If you truly want to sell this money then search for a serious collector. It may or may not be worth much, but it is totally worthless to just try to convert it.

It you're got Reich marks they're pretty much in the same monetary category as Confederate money. However to collectors they're worth plenty.
