is it bad if the guy gets the girl in a hold 2 stop her like put her in the hammer lock

Fighting isn't the way to resolve problems, but ... if a woman is fighting with you, and you are not able to back away, and think that she may hurt you, feel free to punch her lights out.

i dont understand this rule about guys not hitting girls (depends on the situation) but if a girl picks a fight with you i think you should be able to fight back all you want. ive picked many fights with guys and trust me they have never not hit me in return. lol even if we are just fooling around but really kicking the crap out of each other i dont care if he hits me or not i am a big girl and i can defend myself. if a guy doesnt hit me back i usual end up being more mad because he is afriad to face me lol. i grew up with two older brothers so i know how to defend myself (they were violent at times and still are lol but its fun i know that sounds weird but its just the way i am) lol feel free to fight back if she throws the first punch

The guy should just restrain her by basically hugging her. NEVER HITTING or fighting back. Just hold her until she calms down. She may be tryin to hurt the guy but try everything in your powers not to hit her back. She'll feel bad afterwards!

If someone is attacking you. You have the right to defend yourself. However you should use as little force as necessary to get away from her and then leave. I would say try to just avoid her attack and make your way to the door.
