What you should do - is watch the documentary "Extraordinary People - The Twins Who Share A Body" - which you can find at http://community.sharevirus.com - go to documentary releases there.
Anyway the twins are shown at age 16 going for their driver's licence - they are twin girls at some American city, living a normal life.
The subject of religion doesn't come into it.

less likely. If you try to Find Earnest T 2.0, you will see someone that has two heads and no brains and that's not typical of all chirstians.

Less likely.
Atheists have no problem using birth control, so the odds cannot help but be diminished when compared with those who believe that God commanded them to "be fruitful and multiply."

God is merciful to all. Even though atheists keep denying His existence He will still give them time to repent, for "God is not willing that any should perish."
His grace will be shown to their children as well, and chances of them being born two-headed are not high. Some children of atheists become Christians later in life, so we can give glory to our merciful, loving & long-suffering God for being "kind to the just as well as to the unjust."
"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." (Matthew 5: 44-45 KJV)
