You are a very lovely person with a pretty face. Your picture wearing the dress, was good also. You are in great shape.
So yes, you are hot. What kind of boys are you trying to attract? If a guy is interested in you he is going to try to talk to you or get your number. Not all guys are what they seem. There is no Prince Charming. If you have confidence in yourself, that will show through even more than your pretty face. And being a little arrogant drives a man crazy. The chase for you is on.

first off, your very pretty...ratings are no good as they place value on people. forget that! and you can't get guys to like you? Well, I would assume that a) you are either trying too hard. b) you are shy. or c) you aren't letting guys get to know you well enough. From personal experience. Guys are intimidated by girls that are pretty or to be blunt have assets. You should get my drift. However, some guys aren't. And really, just be yourself. Try flirting with guys and see where that goes. Guys love when a girl flirts with them because it shows right away that they are at least somewhat interested.
And besides. I would guess you are anywhere from 16-18. Am I right? well either way, don't stress yourself about boys too much at this moment. They don't stop being pigs till about 20 or 21. Well, maybe not all of them but alot of my friends and I did. I'm 21 now and who knows. What im trying to say is people are complicated. Don't try to "impress" people for them to want to give you a shot. NOT worth it trust me.

Your already a very pretty girl....
but I would try
Adding some highlights around your face...
Some high quality foundation to minimize the redness in your face....I use MAC Mineral foundation...great stuff...love it!!!
You already have gorgeous lips, so just some super shiny gloss...
Great legs and bod...so no work needed there...
In your second picture....your neck and face seem to be a few shades diffenent in color...so I would try using some of the new lotions that contain gradual tanners...just to even in out a bit.
Some gold shades of eye shadow would really bring out your eyes...and maybe a little plucking or waxing of the brows...
But you are already a 9...so any work you do will def put you over a 10!!!

And when it comes to boys...I can't imagine that they aren't already crawling all over you, but be yourself, and be confident...it attracts good guys...the bad one's will shy away from confidence because it scares em' hahaha

You are picture perfect.
If the boy doesn't like you then he is not for you. Be yourself and if they have a problem, then they have a problem.
I learn't the hard way that trying to make people like you only makes you feel worse, now if people have a problem with me, they can either talk to me about it or go away.
I soon found out who my real friends were... they are the ones that stuck around and picked up the pieces afterwards.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with your appearance - you look good - so focus on your personality traits. Don't be too loud, too smart-alecky, too pushy, too talkative. Those are turn-offs for most guys. Don't go to the other extremes, either. Be a good listener, show your sense of humor, show your self-confidence in a relaxed way, take an equal share of the conversation. Good luck.

Hey, let me say this from experience, it doesnt matter how hot you are. You shouldnt look at it as being your not hot enough. Guys dont go after hot, they go after sweet. Your pics are really cute, you should try a different approach if the one your using isnt working. Just be yourself, that always works. But first, you have to believe in yourself.

I am a 22 male from Canada and all I can say is your very good looking and I would be like a kid in a candy store with your boobs :).
lol .. out of 10 I would rate you an 8ish somewhere in there, but I like cute more then hot personally.

well ur very pretty
but u could try useing a little cover up to make u skin look a little tannish
an some mascare will bring out ur eyes
with some nice eyeshadow with lipgloss
and u would look more older
and doing ur hair differently always works
and make conversations with the guys

You're pretty. Just be yourself. Getting boys to like you may be a disaster. Typically boys are after sex rather than a solid relationship. be yourself and attract the ones who are drawn to your personality not your looks. You will be happier

You look great. God good, you look awesome in that dress. Don't worry about it so much. And don't do anything just to make boys like you. In the end, it'll just be a disaster. Instead be yourself and you'll catch the right one.
