People who find their substance in everyday life through God cannot seem to understand how an atheist can do without. People who live to 'die and go to heaven' can lead good lives, however they have no trust in the things of society and the rest of this world and consider it temporary and worthless in some senses. Which is why they act so irresponsibly towards their fellow man.
Note: Not ALL of them, but the ones this question pertains to.

This answer seems to surprise some atheists, but I really don't care what you believe - your beliefs do not impact me at all. Others might say it's not "very Christian" of me to feel that way, but why should I waste a minute of energy trying to convert someone who's not interested - believe what you want and be happy with those beliefs.

Congratulations on your use of the equal rights sign! I think everyone of us is entitled to believe in what we wish as long as we do not harm others, who am I to question your beliefs or lack thereof? In each heart lies its own answers.

To be honest, the atheists constant posting of regurgitated arguments, and cut&paste from atheist websites seems to suggest a higher level of concern than you are willing to let on.

The revelation I get is that the process of searing the conscience produces unbelief and self-will. Hope this helps!
Many blessings to you during this holy season!

Theres really not much to make sense of. (Anymore than an alcoholic's disregard for liver disease.)
There are many many people who write God off.
Its not a surprise in the least. Its rampant in the Bible.
It seems to work for a lot of people... temporarily and temporaly anyhow.
God Bless You.

If you live your life feeling like your decisions are your own and you will not have to own up to any consequences in the end, it makes it easy to just...live...and not worry about the "meaning of life"

Dear friend,
We don't . . . we just pray. Why? Because there go I but by the grace of God.
He loves you soo much...
EDIT:
Note: "God does not compel men to give up their unbelief. Before them are light and darkness, truth and error. It is for them to decide which they will accept. The human mind is endowed with power to discriminate between right and wrong. God designs that man shall not decide from impulse, but from weight of evidence, carefully comparing scripture with scripture."

The usual answer is along the lines of ego, arrogance, etc. Which I find funny, considering the sources.

Okay can people please stop reffering to Christians as a collective? We are INDIVIDUALS!
I personally say they can believe what they like but my life is definitly enriched my by religion and my morals are stronger as a result.
