Pain in rib cage last night and tonight, starts each night about 6 pm. Is a feeling of being fatigued?

but haven't anything more than normal, no trouble breathing, lying down makes it go away.Also muscles around sides of ribcage feel sore.

These could be symptoms of a condition called costochondritis which is an inflammation of the cartillage around the ribcage. The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
