I'm thinking about joining the Coast Guard Reserve,but not if they have to serve overseas.Any chance of that happening?Also,is there a sign on bonus for enlisting?

Yes.
The Coast Guard administers port security in Iraq.
Since you now won't be enlisting, why are you concertned about the bonus????

It is possible to serve anywhere in the world in the military in any branch. However the chances of overseas deployment in the Coast Guard are very slim.

I don't know anyone in the Coast Guard that serves overseas.
