Au revoir literally means "until we see each other again". Mon chéri is an endearment, like darling, dear, sweetheart, etc. So it means "See you later, sweetheart".

Note that contrary to some earlier answers this is not what you would normally use as a final goodbye (since it implies you will see each other again) - if you really wanted to say that it would be "Adieu, mon chéri".
