My parents, my sister and I are planning on going on a cruise in March. All my other siblings will be on trips with their friends or on a school trip to London. Anyway, we want to go down into the Caribbean. Anyone have any suggestions of good cruise lines or cruises that go there. Also, good websites to find the info.
Thanks!!

The absolutely worst way way to find a cruise DEAL is to buy from a cruise line. They won't work with you on pricing or any added features. ANYONE who thinks that cruise lines offer the best deals have NEVER checked a local travel agent or searched on-line. There is a reason that 90% of all cruise booking come from travel agents! Why? Because the cruise lines don't offer the passengers the best deals!

The very best way to shop for a cruise and get a good deal is to go directly to the cruise line web sites and look for specials. All of the web sites list their specials. You also need to be flexible on your date for the cruise because the prices will vary by week and you get the best deal when you go when the price is the lowest. Also remember that the lowest advertised price is usually for an inside cabin (no window or porthole) and an outside or balcony cabin may be about $100. more per person.

I have cruised on 4 different cruise lines; Princess, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, and Celebrity. Any of these, plus Carnival will be good. My recommendation is Royal Caribbean, Celebrity or Princess. All are good cruise lines with good ships and food. Royal Caribbean has more on ship activities like the rock climbing wall, and on some of its ships ice skating and roller blading. Just use the web sites below and select Caribbean as the destination.

Find specials on the cruise line web sites then go to a Travel Agent and they can probably do better. You can shop around on-line but TALK to a TRAVEL AGENT - that's how you get better value for your vacation dollar

And make sure you're talking to a real Travel Agent with knowledge of your cruise line and destination.

I have a fantastic agent who is very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. I have booked five cruises with him, ranging in price from $12,000 to less than $500. Note he has a toll free number, a web address and a special designation as a Virtuoso Member. His contact info is ...

I woould reccomend Carnival or Royal Caribbean for the cruise line as the have the best programs and entertainment for people your age. As for the websitre try www.cruisesinc.com/mfurgurson. Great prices and service. The cruise lines set the rates, so what you are looking for is great service.

cruise comptete is awesome.

www.cruise.com, and all the other ones.

Do your homework, and shop around. If you choose RC or Celebrity all the websites will be about the same, they dont allow agencies to rebate--Good Luck, it just takes some searching!
