i don't follow her anywhere, all i wrote was one poem that said the following:
hair of gold, eyes of blue
please forgive me, cuz i love you

No offense, but you don't give us anything substantive to go on here. I mean, do stalkers really think they are stalkers? I don't know anyone, even the worse driver in the world, who will be honest enough to say, "wow, I'm a terrible driver!" I have to tell you, if someone thinks you are acting in a stalkerish way, there must be a reason - so, what you should do, is evaluate the things that you have been doing in regard to her, and talk with someone who has good judgment to see if the things you are doing really are a good idea. For example, if you are constantly following her, and show up wherever she is, I would say that sounds stalkerish. Give the poor girl some space. No one likes to be haunted or hunted.
And I really think there is more to this than you are saying. You wrote a poem, okay, but perhaps you are staring at her in class? People don't just pull these statements out of thin air. You are doing SOMETHING that is making her uncomfortable.
