I can't stop eating the cookies. Where can I finding help?

You're not actually addicted to cookies, you just think so because you want it to be true. . .

I'm addicted to cookies too (I have avoided them for now because if I eat one, I tend to eat more) I've found that if I eat protein like chicken, eggs or beef, it fills me up and stops the cravings. It can be hard to do this if you're on a binge, but it does help.

Read the book Sugar Shock by Connie Bennett. In order to stop eating sugar, you have to go cold turkey on all sugars except those found in fruits. It will take you at least 3 days before the cravings go away but it is worth it.

dont go shopping,have someone responsible go shopping and tell then NOOO cookies, if that doesnt help u could always go to therapy.
