i enlisted in 1970 at the age of 17 in the marine corps.I DIDN'T FIT IN AND GOT A UNDESIREABLE DISCHARGE...I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IT TO GENERAL
I TRYED TO CHANGE IT THROUGHT THE BOARD OF CORRECTIONS SENSE I WAS A MINOR BUT SENCE MY MOTHER SIGNED THEY USED THAT AGAINST ME.

try again. I'm fairly certain the USMC will upgrade your discharge. effecting you for nearly 40 years is a little ridiculous. it's worth a shot.

and by the way, you were separated before you joined the regular corps right? make sure you point that out. basic is designed to weed people out without effecting them for the long term.

I hope anyone who reads this apprciates the fact than an undesireable discharge can come back to haunt someone, even after all this time.
So, if you enlist and feel you cant handle the heat, think what the alternative is=== or, don;t enlish to just impress the girls and try to show your buddies what a hero you are.

in case you opt to pass decrease back in, you are able to pass to the recuiter and he has the flexibility to get you a listening to rapid. this would get your discharge raised and this supply you that oppurtuinity to get a honarble. you are able to ought to pass decrease back in however.
