You are aware, aren't you, that hybrids are bred from wild cats, like the Serval? They are extremely expensive, and certainly not suitable as a pet for a teenager. That being said, Savannahs are considered one of the larger breeds of domesticated cats. Their tall and slim build gives Savannahs the appearance of greater size than their actual weight. They are as tall as many breeds of domestic dogs. F1 hybrid and F2 Savannahs are usually the largest, due to the stronger genetic influence of the African Serval forbear. Male Savannahs tend to be larger than females. On average, early generation Savannahs may weigh 10 to 25 lbs. Average size is also very dependent on generation and sex, with F1 male cats usually being the largest. Later generation Savannahs are usually between 8-17 lbs. Because of the random factors in Savannah hybrid genetics, there can be significant variation in size, even in one litter. Some breeders report Savannahs in excess of 30 pounds, with at least one breeder claiming an over 40 pound male.
If what you are really looking for is a large domestic cat, then I think you would be suited with a Maine Coon Cat. Maine Coons are very large and energetic cats, sometimes weighing up to around 25 pounds, the average weight is 13 to 20 pounds for adult males and less (7 to 11 pounds) for females. Male Maine Coons may grow to a length in excess of 40 inches.

Over the years, I've had many cats and the biggest I ever had has been Panther. He is head and shoulders over all the others. By Panther, I mean he was a starving, little, solid black, feral kitten with a tiny white heart on his breast and one eye that was stuck shut (the eye was cured with a little salt water on a cotton ball!). Now he's grown into a sleek, sturdy, black velvet beauty with gold eyes that have a avocado green ring, and who weighs about 15 lbs (all muscle), who never hisses or shows his claws to me. He is a sweetie who lies docilely in my lap for his manicure (claw clipping). He dominates the other cats just by sheer size alone. I don't know if the larger size is a trait of other black cats because he's the first one I've found and kept. Usually when I find abandoned kittens when I ride my bike down by the creek, I put an ad in the paper. If I say that I have black ones, they go fast, usually 2 at a time. The people that have had them love them, I guess. Now I know why they are so popular, if they're as clean and lovable as Panther!

Pixiebobs are breed to look like little bob cats. they get to be between 16 and 20 pounds. They are extremely smart. Unlike Bengals, Pixiebobs have no wild DNA, so they are fully domesticated, and love attention and people.
They are about 500 for a pet (you have to get it fixed). But if you shop around you can probably find one for less.
They are amazing, I was about to buy one when I got my littlest kitten. She needed a home or was going to a shelter, so I got her instead of the PIxiebob. But trust me, Pixiebobs are loads of fun!
they also range from long hair to short hair. They generally don't flair up allergies.

Not sure what you mean by a hybrid house cat, but a friend of mine had a bengal cat and it was awesome.
The only problem is that you can't really domesticate them too much. It was always stalking people...
Just be careful.

The biggest you usually see are Maine Coons or Norwegian Forest Cats.
But as long-hairs, be prepared for some coat maintenance.
