She will obviously cry because criminal or innocent either way is her son, and it hurts to see that her son is a criminal. But in my opinion she shouldnt be crying, she should be mad if she gave him a good education, and if she didnt then she shouldnt complain.

A long criminal history? Who does that reflect on most? I feel sorry for the son.

The mother is already an accessory to the crimes committed by the son but she has no criminal liability because relationship is an exempting circumstance in minor crimes.

Yes a mother should be upset. After all, what mother really wants to visit her son in prison?

Well, frankly, I'd be in every emotional state you can think of. My God! that's awful and it's understandable why you'd be in tears and upset and mad. You, of course, love him and he's created so much pain in his life for himself and you. So sorry :O((

I'd be mad if a child of mine did such a thing. I wouldn't be bailing him out either.

No but if he or she hurt anyone then they should cry for the family of the victim.
