I was wanting to know where I could order expired 35mm film or disposable cameras. Is it possible for me to find that?

Almost every mom and pop type photography shop sells outdated film. There's a place known as PhotoBarn around where I live and they place all of their expired film in a small cardboard box up at the front counter near the register for sale at discount. It's ideal for students and folks just wanting to experiment with some of the more exotic films llike the Ilford FP4's or Scala 200's. If you just want to mess around, why spend 6 bucks on a roll of film when you can do the same thing with a roll 3 months past its expiration for a thrid the price? Do a yahoo local search for camera shops around where you live, you should find at least one. Call them up and see if they do something similar. Good luck with that.

The answer is "eBay." Look under Cameras & Photo > Film > 35mm. You can get lots of good deals.

Make friends with a local film retailer. They often toss expired film in the trash or return it to the manufacturer for recycling. The Silver Halide crystals are considered a precious metal. They could probably sell it to you at a discount,as only a few photo's might come out due to evaporated chemicals.
