Usually "bless you", out of habit. if I am thinking about it I try to say Gesundheit to be PC. But at least I don't say God Bless You. In this day and age it's pretty assuming.

I know this isn't really a serious question, but... The phrase "god bless you" originated in the middle ages, when people thought that sneezing weakens your body and that demons could enter your being afterwards, so they would say "god bless you" to protect them. Even so, I still say it, because it's become customary for not only me but most of the world. But it's sort of like the Christmas deal, I celebrate it, but not for the religious purposes.

"Gesundheit" litterally means " for your health" .
I say "God Bless You" ( or sometimes just bless you) , its not PC but ive rarely had complaints about it.
Say what you feel comfortable with.

I usually say "Gesundheit!"

However, when I grew up in Tennessee, it was not uncommon to hear someone say, "Scat, there!" which I assume was an invitation for the germs to depart.

I simply say " Bless you ".

I leave the "God" out - that way they can have whom ever they like be their blessing.
