Hi,
I have Nissan Altima car and the CD player for it is not working. Radio is working fine.
I have bought a CD Lens Cleaner and used it. Even that cd is pushed out with "Err...." displayinng in the screen. The same way all cd's are rejected out , these cd's are all working in my frns car cd players.
Suggest me a solution.

It's more than likely time for a new one. You can get a decent HU for the price it would cost you to have that one fixed.

If there is no more warranty for this from Nissan, then the answer is easy. Remove the unit and take it to a car radio repair shop, or locate Nissan junk yards and find a good used one. Chances are they are pretty cheap. Happy Surfing!!!

It sound like the Antenna cable would are starting to be to be unfastened and disconnected from the decrease back of the radio. attempt removing the radio and verify the decrease back of the unit. If the Antenna cable is connected then i could suspect the radio is undesirable. She would have a short circuit. verify the fuse. solid success!
