Will the PS3 lower there prices.If so when?

May be in 2-3 years. Sony is selling those consoles below their production cost price. They'll get their profits from games. But technologies get cheaper, it'll happen as it happened with PS2. Sony was selling PS2 below their actual price too (in the beginning). 40GB already uses cheaper 65nm technology (other versions use more expensive 90nm).

No, all 3 consoles are going to hold their fee for the the remainder of the 365 days. PS3 and 360 because of the fact they the two have at the instant had substantial fee drops (or a minimum of that's what the agencies referred to as them), and Wii because of the fact this is nevertheless freaking bought out everywhere.

Not until there is a PS4. They are already losing almost $300 on every system they sell.
