How would you fast do you work? do you leave house/ all you eat is crackers and water like a prisoner! that would be best way fast become prisoner! and you will lose weight, but once come off fast you;ll gain it all back! a simple diet better.. say leave some thing out of your daily diet>>>make list what you won't eat clean all those thing out of life eat rest in moderation probably lose same weight and learn something in process..

There is a reason for fasting. You cannot know the power of food until it's withdrawn - especially by your own choosing.
You are overweight because of calories in / calories out is out of whack. You LIKE food to much.
Try fasting (no food) all day. Nothing but water - one day. You might even start out with just juice. Have a nice dinner. Wait a week and then go ALL day! 24 hours - no food. You will see how much you LOVE food. Not for the life it gives but for the pleasure of it.
Fasting is HARD! But, like exercise, the more you do it, the easier it becomes. It won't kill you. It will bring you LIFE!

fasting for that long would send you into a world of phsycial nastyness. fasting means nothing but liquids such as juice and watter. fasting for that long would slow down your motabolizim causeing your body to start storeing every calorie that it can and in the end once you went back to a normal diet you would gain back everything that you lose and then some. also you would probibly have halucations, heart problems, problems thinking, low energy, there is even the possability that going that long with out food would shut down your intestinal tract.

You don't have to fast to lose weight. All you have to do is to stop eating all the "unclean" or "unhealthy" animals,(such as pigs) water creatures, reptiles, amphibians, birds and insects the God Yahweh warns us not to eat in Leviticus chapter 11 for disease prevention purposes which also includes unhealthy weight gain. No other man made diet plan comes close to keeping us healthy as Yahweh's diet plan.

Don't fast unless you want to lose your hair and damage your internal organs (trust me on this please?)

You must eat at least 1200 calories a day - it is not healthy to lose more than 2 lbs a week.

Don't monkey around with your body, it's the only one you get!!

fast? 40 days? no please don't... try a diet plan at least. you need to stay healthy. part of feeling good is not only about your physical appearance and weight; it's also about your health.


i suggest you try the 3 hour Diet.
depending on your weight range, you are encouraged to eat more if you are overweight. basically, you eat every three hours. meal snack meal snack meal snack. it's quite simple actually. ask your doctor about it, or search it up.

yeah you will lose weight that way, and probably your life!

if you want to lose weight, firstly reduce your intake of processed foods, drink lots of water and just start running! I find running is one of the best ways to lose weight and it also improves your respiratory and circulatory system.

If you do not eat, you will lose your muscles.
It is better to cut the calories and keep eating regularly healthy things, and exercise more.
