Im assuming you mean stay...
Show them all the jobs they could get with a ged, or worse, no ged.
Bring them to Mcdonalds, foot locker, wal-mart
Show them. Education is no joke.
I stayed in school becuase I wanted a better life and because I did not want to get my *** beat by my mother lol.

Regimentation and acculturation combined with peer pressure are hard to resist, especially since they are at that good girl/good boy stage of moral development. All you can do is model iconoclastic behavior. If they call you on it, use it as a teaching moment and explain about "the Man". Tune the radios in the house to community stations and turn up the volume when subversive programs like "Democracy Now!" come on. In the summer, enroll them in an anarchism camp, if you can find one. And if they are still young enough for nursery rhymes, for chaos sake, explain the hidden meanings. (You know they're in there.) And sing them to sleep with "Fight the Power" and other wholesome, socially aware songs.
That should do it. You may have to make a few trips to the principal's office, but you can treat the kids to locally produced organic yogurt afterwards.

Depending on state law 17 years old you can kick them out! set down rules now in scholl they must keep grades up to a "C" average!
no smoking! no drinking! no sex till 17. if these are acomplished they'll get in college and you'll help as much as possible..if the don't they are out! have get job on ther own! if they want to stay they must pay 25% of household expense!! like rent have sign contracts Now!!!

Don't embed them with the microchip. Then they'll know they can go anywhere they want.
