how old are you and how old is he??? If you're younger than 18 and he's older than 18 than yes its against the law...but that aside talk your friend first and see how they feel about it--if its cool (and the legal thing isn't an issue for you)...there is no age on love.

Well, depends on how old you are. If your 17 or 18, then go for it. But if you're younger than that, I'd say stay away. Just because it seems like a person is too young to be dating someone 4 yrs. older than them if their younger than the ages specified above.
Yeah, it is against the law. Well, if he's like 20 or over and your still a minor.
So, I don't really know. It's up to you and him. Go for it if you want, but their will be consequences. Just trying to give you a heads up.

If you're over 18, date anyone you want. If you're under 18, probably best stay out of it. And if he's your brother's friend, that can really complicate things. What if it doesn't work out? What if your date drops your brother's friendship for you. How would your brother feel? How would you feel? Is it worth alienating your brother for the rest of your life for a guy you hardly know?

Well it depends. If he is over 18 and you are under 17 then it is against the law. But if you are 17 and he isnt over 21 then its legal. Otherwise, dont get caught.

you did not mention how he or you are? The four years is not a big deal unless you are are 14 and he is 18 or say your 16 and he 20. Then, he can get in much trouble! Hope that helps you out!

It depends on how old you are... If your 24 and he is 28, no biggie. If your 14 and his 18 - that's a big no, no and against the law!

I have been in this situation may times, I think now that I am older it is not the best thing to do because of age, but I think that you are a teen... am I right?.. and you will date him anyway, just because you want to. Just be careful older guys have more experience and want more out of relationships. Make sure you are not lying to your parents, and just dont make it a huge deal and things will be fine.

Personally, I think it's kinda creepy unless you're over 18. Usually the older guys that want to date really young girls have major problems (I know from experience).
