I solely believe in Jesus and God but I'm not a Christian. I know about Catholic faith than my own religion. I truly have faith. Is this wrong?

If you believe Jesus is God, then I consider you as a Christian!
Just pray to Him, just like a normal conversation, and study the Bible if you have one. If not, there are Bibles on line that you can search and read. I will pray that you have faith and be strong in Jesus!

"Faith" means "trust". If you are saying that you trust in God and all that He is and said, you are doing well and should continue to seek Him.
"Faith" doesn't just mean "believe" in the existance of someone:
James 2:18-21
Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do. 19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that — and shudder.
20 You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless?

Deidre, there is nothing wrong in having faith at all! God, is the One true God and you have recognized the one true God and His Son! God does not care what we call ourselves as it is more about our realtionship with HIM...not the way we worship!
To me, if you love the Lord God and Christ and you put your faith in God, then I cannot judge you as being non-Christian! This I do know, God ONLY, knows hearts and He certainly knows yours! I hope you do not mind if I pray for you and your spiritual growth, in the ONE TRUE God and His Son, Jesus! May God draw you near and bless you with much wisdom and peace, in your life.

How can you believe in Jesus and God and not be a Christian? A Christian is defined as someone who believes in Jesus Christ.

no of course its not wrong.
faith in God is something really special that most people spend their whole lives trying to achieve.
i think that you should act on it by reading the bible, and forming a better relationship with God.
