...do you feel the pressure, or better put, the responsibility to have brought others with you into heaven? what i mean is, much of the things we value in life are material, irrelevant, and fleeting, in contrast to the things which god desires. that said, when you come to stand before god and he asks you, "what have you done in your life to multiply the things i gave you," do you feel the weight of that? does the thought of what matters most to god and the winning of souls to christ, put a sense of dread into you because you feel the fear of, or simply neglect, the approaching others about jesus? as christians do you ever think about going before god empty handed? i do, that is why i'm asking. as christians, what are we to do most in this life? many of us have loved ones who don't share our relationship to christ, so how do we overcome the enemy and intercede for them? granted, its christ's work and not our own that saves us and others, but i love so many who don't know him.

I can understand where you are coming from, because I am a evangelist at heart. But I always remember that the Bible says we are "Walking Epistles". That means to me that our very lives witness to individuals on a daily basis. For many, the only Bible they will ever read is the way they see you live your life. I have lead several people to Christ just by the way I live mine. The opportunity always presented it self where I can introduce them to Jesus. Also you have to have faith and know that salvation is a gift for everyone. Just because you don't see any fruits of acceptance now does not mean that that person has not or will not accept Christ. Don't give up. He said if He be lifted up, He would do the drawing unto Himself. Just be encouraged, your on the right track. Just look at the response from this very question.

What you are asking is about kingdom building for Jesus Christ. Should this be spiritual or social kingdom building? Spiritual is "bringing people to Christ" and allowing them to find salvation and repentance for their sins. Social is feeding and clothing them, educating and healing them.
What you are called to do is ALL for God's Kingdom. The heaven's will cry out in Glory when ONE is brought into the fold.
What's your mission now?

What do you mean WHEN?
We are before him right now. When you finally realize this, get yourself right with God.
Now is the day of salvation- 2 Corinthians 6:2.

God knows we are imperfect. What he wants to see is our continued growth towards the unattainable perfection. Each day we have opportunities to improve ourselves in how we treat others, ourselves, and our relationship with Him. Have you confronted your sins and made ammends; have you had even one peaceful, perfect and sinless day? I haven't. Yes, we will be judged on our sins, but also on our goodness. As for those who don't know him, He will judge them on their goodness and evil as well. You need to be the beacon of light and inspiration by how you conduct yourself and help others....which will lead to others wishing to join you. Deep in our hearts we know the difference between good and evil for we were created as only good.
