If she is actively practicing her religion, she would not participate in those behaviors. Mormons practice chastity before marriage.

No.
No.
And worse yet, some old dude is going to ask her behind a closed door in periodic interviews if she does either. If she tells the truth and says yes, there are serious consequences and the guilt placed upon her is almost unimaginable.
Mormonism is a cult and, like a lot of authoritarian cults, obsesses way too much over the sexuality of its members. Maybe you can help her out in that regard. If you can't, the odds are that she'll pressure you to convert to Mormonism, which would be the worst decision you could ever make in your life.

well i am Mormon(lds) and we are told not to have sex until after marriage. Also masturbation is discouraged but even then you will have to ask her if she does or doesn't cause sometimes it depends on the person. i have friends who are Mormon and who master bait. the same thing applies with having sex.
but if i were you i would ask her. she will more then likely not be offended if she thinks you are asking out of curiosity.
so just ask and if you would like let me know how it all turns out.

Sex outside the bonds of marriage is sinful, plain and simple, no matter how you cut it. Masturbation is also sinful, as it leads directly to other breaking of the law of chastity.
“In the world today, Satan has led many people to believe that sexual intimacy outside of marriage is acceptable. But in God’s sight, it is a serious sin. It is an abuse of the power He has given us to create life…
Sometimes people try to convince themselves that sexual relations outside of marriage are acceptable I the participants love one another. This is not true. Breaking the law of chastity and encouraging someone else to do so is not an expression of love. People who love each other will never endanger one another’s happiness and safety in exchange for temporary personal pleasure.”
– True to the Faith: A Gospel Reference
“Virtue may be lost by degrees; and chastity may be destroyed a step at a time. Immodesty, necking and petting, themselves a form of sex immorality, frequently lead to much grosser offenses. Every degree and type of lewdness, lasciviousness, and licentiousness; of concuspiscence, prostitution and whoredoms; of sodomy, onanism, and homosexuality; of masturbation, incontinence, and perversion; of rape, seduction and infidelity; of adultery, fornication, and uncleanness – all these things, as well as many others, are condemned by divine edict and are among Lucifer’s chief means of leading souls to hell. Fine distinction between them are of no particular moment and are not necessary to observance of the divine laws involved. Counsel in the field of chastity is simply: BE CHASTE!” – Elder Bruce R. McConkie
