Microsoft Word, Inset tab, Symbol, scroll towards the bottom, and click on the heart.

Use Word then copy/paste where wanted.

*edit* In order to use the list the poster gave, you have to use the numbers on your keypad, not above your letters. It won't work if you use the numbers above the letter area, only when you ensure your numlock key is depressed which activates your number pad, then press the left Alt key, plus the number you want. You will only see the result "after" you let up on the keys. ♫
