Yes I deserved it the second time and I didn't the first time I did it and failed. Still fairly good at keeping to the rules now but other drivers p**s me off with their bad driving.
Can't figure out how they passed theirs or are still alive with their cr**py driving. Oh and I agree with the other poster , my bad language has become woeful.

Yes, I think I did deserve to pass, it took over 15 lessons with an instructor, with a 1-2 hour drive everyday with my dad. Not to mention the £100s I spent learning to drive!
My driving was pretty poor actually, but it dramatically improved when I switched instructors, I could always feel him staring and coughing whenever I needed to do something, it completely put me off.
I've definitely improved since passing, and as far as I know I don't have any bad habits.

Most defenitly,my driving skille were probably far above the average 16 year old,but I owe that to growing up on a farm, where I started driving trucks and tractors at a very early age.Never on the road but on the farm.hauling and pulling grain and hay wagons behind trucks and tractors learning to back these wagons into tight places around barns and storage binns was a real advantage ,when it came to my driving test. This was sort of my drivers education due to the fact that it wasnt offered or required at that time. But over the years I did have defensive driving courses in the military got a military drivers liscense and after the military went to truck driving school which is much more intense then drivers ed.I still have A Class A drivers liscense and still use them often.

Hell no, my eye sight was not really quite good enough, but I squeezed through, fortunately reading the reg plate of a car prior to my test, and memorised it. Not intentionally.
But 24 years on, still have a good clean driving licence, not so much as a parking ticket.
Maybe my eyesight has improved over the years, I have heard of that happening!
I greatly enjoy driving and I still take pride in my driving, and adhere strictly to all rules.
