This is my third year in college. This semester is gonna be done I am gonna fail two of my classes. This is not the first time I fail my class and other thing is that I have no more chance to apply for finical aid because I have had three suspensions record. I am 26, I went be to school since I was 22. the reason I back to school is that I want to have a better future but now I realize that , it doesn't mean when back to school it will offer you a good future but you have to know that do you fit in school ...I mean am I a right person to earn the valuable " education" or work in 7-11 in the rest of my life??? I really hate myself as " stupid"" !!!

#! - You are not stupid

Don't give up yet! Things you can consider is:

Did you try your best by studying and avoiding or eliminating all other social activities such as going out and drinking?

Are you working too much? 5 to 15 hours of work per week is okay, anything excessive will hurt your education chances.

Are you taking too many classes... If this is the case, enroll in less classes next semester.

Even if you are deny financial aid, loans from private lenders may still be available. Good luck....

It sounds to me as though you may be pursuing the wrong thing. Maybe a four-year degree isn't for you...Well, what is? You will do best at things you are interested in. What would you like to do? There are lots of rewarding professions which don't require a four year degree. Check out your local community college for some ideas! Some possibilities are being a firefighter, EMT, Paramedic, Welder, Heating and Air Conditioning, Police Officer, Probation Officer, Computer Programmer, Game/Web Design, Radiology Tech, Nurse, Automotive Technician, Auto Body repair, and lots more!

Cheer up man. Its really hard. I'm 28 and going back to finish what I started and its tuff. Do you work full time? Have you been leaving time to study? I work a full time job so I am trying to take it slow so I have time to study and time for my family also. Keep going man, The only thing thats stopping you is you. And if you work at a 7-11, Tell Axel Rose I said Hey. I heard he finally got promoted.
