Open your Word doc in a zoom of 100%.
Press PrtSc.
Paste in your usual image manipulation software.
Save as gif.

File=>save as=>gif

Suppose you are saving that file as Test.doc , now jiust rename it and change the extension as Test.gif ....
easy to do
now if you want to see the all content of word file as picture in gif..
just take a print screen of word file when it is open.. and open paint simply right click and paste and save as .gif file ... easy task to do...

when you save a file, in the dialog box it will say the type or exten, just change it.
